Great group of volunteers willing to help and use their skills and creativity to others with their repairs. My coat got patched and got help to fix a video game console. Thanks so much!

My Kobo e-reader suddenly stopped downloading books from the library and I couldn't figure out what the problem was. When I received an email notice of an upcoming Repair Cafe, I booked an appointment with the computer repair person. I had been to the Repair Cafe previously and love the goodwill and recognize that the repair people are skilled and creative in solving problems and repairing things. I was not disappointed. The very good people at today's Repair Cafe fixed my e-reader! Wahoo!! It wasn't an easy fix.
One delightful sidebar to this story, is that a techy-type person was sitting at the table next to me, getting his gaming equipment fixed. While waiting, he joined in with trying to solve my e-reader problem. It felt like a little community was momentarily formed, as we collectively worked on the e-reader conundrum. Many, many thanks! - Trevor McGugan·

I had some earrings and a bracelet repaired by Dale and Claire at the jewelry station. They were fantastic and solved what were long time problems preventing me from wearing and enjoying my treasures. Thank you so much!

My knitting repair person found and fixed the snag that I showed her and then she checked the garment over, found a few more snags and fixed them all. So kind.

The Envirocollective Repair Cafe is a fantastic resource for the community! The volunteers are always so friendly and helpful and do such a great job! It's amazing to see how often they're able to fix items and save them from the landfill.

Had a vintage lamp that I wasn't sure about the integrity of the electrical cord. Deemed safe after an assessment. Appreciate the help.
Great project and service to the community! Thanks.
PS- I might be interested to help out at a future repair Cafe. Do not have a skill to share but could sit at a desk and check people in. Have a valid criminal record check.
